Trader Joe's and Publix tie for top grocery store in US customer satisfaction survey
A new survey by the American Customer Satisfaction Index has ranked Trader Joe’s and Publix as the top grocery stores in the U.S., both scoring 84 out of 100. This marks a tie for Publix, which saw a slight dip in satisfaction. Overall customer satisfaction with supermarkets increased by 4 percent, reaching an average score of 79. Other notable stores include Sam’s Club and Wegmans, both scoring 83, while H-E-B dropped to third place with a score of 80. The survey included feedback from over 41,000 participants, assessing factors like product quality and customer service. Whole Foods, Aldi, Costco, ShopRite, and Target also received high ratings in the survey.
