Totvs pursues Linx acquisition in Brazil

Brazilian software company Totvs has signed an exclusivity agreement to resume negotiations to acquire StoneCo's Linx unit, potentially expanding its market presence. Totvs, which previously withdrew from the bidding process in February, is now the sole party in talks to acquire Linx.
