Tonal launches upgraded smart weightlifting machine with enhanced features

Tonal has introduced the Tonal 2, an upgraded version of its smart weightlifting machine. The new model allows users to lift up to 250 pounds, an increase from the previous 200 pounds, and features a sleek all-black design. The Tonal 2 includes a new adaptive weight system and offers drop sets, allowing automatic weight reduction during workouts. It also introduces an "Aero HIIT" mode for combined cardio and strength training sessions. Additionally, the Smart View feature has been enhanced. The Tonal 2 uses a built-in camera for real-time coaching, improving on the previous model that relied on a smartphone camera. The new camera can analyze 500 data points per second.
