Tonal has launched its new strength training system, Tonal 2, at CES 2025. The updated model features a sleeker design, a more durable frame, and improved components, including stronger cables and enhanced onboard motors for smoother workouts. The system supports up to 250 pounds of resistance and adjusts weight based on user fatigue. An upgraded camera provides real-time coaching to help users improve their form and safety during workouts. Tonal 2 also introduces new high-intensity interval training workouts. The system is available for $4,000, marking a modest update from the original model introduced in 2015.
