Three suspects linked to comedian's murder in Pampanga

The Philippine National Police (PNP) announced that three people may be involved in the killing of a stand-up comedian in Pampanga. Goldenier Dagal was shot dead on March 15 after performing a set that referenced a religious group. PNP spokesperson Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo revealed that CCTV footage suggests the involvement of three individuals. Dagal suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the lower part of his eye, which penetrated through his head. The police also found several cartridge cases from a .45 caliber firearm at the scene. Fajardo stated that she has ordered the formation of a special investigation team. This team will work alongside other national units to conduct a more extensive investigation. Dagal's mother claimed that her son had received ongoing threats and suggested that a "hired killer" might be responsible for his death. The investigation continues as authorities seek to uncover more details about the incident.
