Three seals returned to Lake Ladoga

Three rehabilitated seals have been released back into Lake Ladoga. The young seals were found in different locations around St. Petersburg and spent approximately three months at a rehabilitation center. They underwent training to improve their hunting skills and gained weight to an average of 15 kg. The seals are now expected to live independently in their natural habitat.
