These groups, including vendors, farmers, drivers, and students, signed a commitment to fight corruption and hold accountable those they deem traitors. An estimated 5,000 people are expected to attend. The rally, organized by Solidarity Rally Batok Kurapsyon, will not allow political speakers. The Cebu City Police Office is prepared for the event, which coincides with the 53rd anniversary of Martial Law's declaration.
