Owner Bryan Weber, who became majority owner in 2022, has expanded the brewery's reach, acquiring Terrestrial Brewing Co. and Canton Brewing Co. The Brunswick location has 24 taps, serving both craft and mainstream beers, reflecting a shift in brewpub offerings. The Brew Kettle emphasizes fresh, made-from-scratch food, with popular items like smoked chicken pot pie. The brewery continues to grow while maintaining a focus on quality beer and food, despite industry challenges.
