Tenda's sales and launches surged in Brazil's first quarter of 2025

Tenda Construtora reported increased sales and launches in the first quarter of 2025. Launches, including its Tenda and Alea brands, reached R$920.9 million, a 20.7% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Net sales for the first quarter totaled R$1.09 billion, which is 12.7% higher than the first quarter of the previous year. The net sales over supply (VSO) was 25.8%, down from 30.4% in the prior year. The company plans to release its complete quarterly results on May 8th. These figures represent a positive development compared to the performance of the previous year's first quarter.
