Between March 17 and March 23, ten homes were sold in the Franklin Township area. The median sale price for homes during this week was $475,000. This price was for a 1,613-square-foot home located on Minuteman Lane in Somerset. In Franklin Park, three homes changed hands. A home at 107 Rachel Court sold for $359,000, while another at 99 Gregory Lane sold for $365,000. The third home on Columbus Drive sold for $372,000.
