Taiwanese favor high-dividend ETFs

Taiwanese investors are increasingly favoring high-dividend ETFs, with these products now accounting for over 60% of the ETF market in terms of scale and number of beneficiaries. Three of the four Taiwanese ETFs with over a million beneficiaries are high-dividend ETFs, including Yuanta High Dividend (0056), Cathay Sustainable High Dividend (00878), and Fubon Taiwan Select High Dividend (00919), highlighting investor preference. Investors should examine ETF index rules, dividend yields, and historical performance, considering factors like expense ratios and the ability to fill dividends when choosing high-dividend ETFs.
