Switch 2 beats Series S in Street Fighter 6
The Nintendo Switch 2's version of Street Fighter 6 outperforms the Xbox Series S in resolution and image stability, thanks to NVIDIA's DLSS technology. Digital Foundry's analysis reveals the Switch 2 achieves superior visual results in Street Fighter 6, despite having less powerful hardware than the Series S. The game uses DLSS to upscale from a base resolution of 960x540 to 1080p, resulting in a clearer image than the Series S's native 1080p rendering. While the Switch 2 version has visual limitations compared to more powerful consoles, it maintains a consistent 60 FPS in the main fighting mode and offers crossplay. The game also features better textures than the Series S, compensating for some visual compromises.
