A swastika was found painted on a residential building in Kirishi, Leningrad Oblast. Police were alerted via social media and confirmed the presence of the prohibited symbol. The image was promptly painted over. Authorities are currently considering whether to open a criminal case. There is no surveillance footage available in the area of the incident.
