Campanile, a budget French chain, scored the lowest at 57%, with feedback highlighting its basic offerings. Hampton by Hilton followed closely, receiving a 58% satisfaction rating. Guests noted issues with value for money and amenities, although it performed better in cleanliness and bed comfort. Wyndham ranked third from the bottom, scoring higher in cleanliness but lower in dining experiences. In contrast, lesser-known Spanish brands Iberostar, Paradores Hotels, and RIU topped the list with 85% satisfaction.
