Supercars bans driver swaps during test days in new regulations

Supercars has introduced new testing regulations, banning primary drivers from swapping teams during test days. Teams will have only two test days this season, down from three, and both will feature the full field on track. Previously, primary drivers could drive for another team for up to 10 laps. This change affects teams like Triple Eight, which had utilized this rule for setup feedback in the past. Teams can still run co-drivers and pre-approved additional drivers during tests. The focus today will be on adapting to the new Dunlop control tyre, with track running scheduled from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
