Approximately 4,500 residents in the southern Primorsky Krai region are without power due to weather-related damage to power lines. Severe storms, including strong winds and heavy rain, caused multiple utility accidents, primarily affecting the Hasan district. Power outages resulted from damage to a 110 kV power line. Road access to six settlements in the Lazovsky district is also disrupted due to flooding. Repair crews are working to restore both power and road access.
