In Twin Lakes, a job trailer was broken into early Saturday at 505 Depot St. The police received a report of the break-in at 9:26 a.m. On Friday morning, a juvenile was arrested at 808 Ramsey St. This was due to a warrant from Anoka County and charges of obstructing the legal process. There was also a report of shoplifting at 12:45 a.m. Saturday at 906 W. Front St. Davie Lujan, 50, was arrested for domestic assault strangulation and domestic assault at 3:25 a.m. Saturday on W. Front St. A hit-and-run crash was reported on Saturday evening at 8:45 p.m. near Margaretha Avenue and East 11th Street, where a driver hit a railroad crossing sign. Emily Ann Olson, 33, was cited for misdemeanor domestic assault at 10:40 p.m. Saturday at 1610 Plainview Lane. On Sunday, Kaleb Ward Rongved, 23, was cited for disorderly conduct at 1:01 p.m. on Madison Ave. Matthew Clark Rankin, 36, was arrested for a probation violation at 940 Jefferson Ave. on Sunday evening at 8:06 p.m.
