Steven R. McQueen debuts shaved head at Vampire Diaries reunion in Paris

Steven R. McQueen made his first public appearance in seven years at a Vampire Diaries reunion event in Paris over the weekend, debuting a shaved head. The 38-year-old actor, who played Jeremy Gilbert, joined former castmates Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley at the Forever Mystic Falls Fan Meet 7. McQueen has kept a low profile since stepping away from acting, with his last credited role in the 2020 Western The Warrant. His return drew warm reactions from fans online, though he has never publicly explained his absence from the industry. The actor is the grandson of late Hollywood icon Steve McQueen, whose films inspired his acting career. His appearance comes two years after the death of his father, Chad McQueen, who died in September 2024 at age 63.
