Staten Island Community Boards to discuss composting and congestion pricing this week

Staten Island's three Community Boards will hold public meetings this week to discuss various topics. Community Board 1 will meet on January 14, focusing on regular board business. Community Board 2 will address congestion pricing and new composting rules on January 16. This meeting will take place at 900 South Ave. Community Board 3 will hold a public hearing on January 14 to discuss a new spray shower at Lenape Playground. This meeting will occur at 1243 Woodrow Rd.
