Spotify raised prices again in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg

Spotify has increased subscription prices for users in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg for the second time in two years. This puts the Benelux countries' prices above those of many other Western European nations. Individual subscription plans in the Netherlands and Luxembourg now cost 12.99 euros, while family plans are 21.99 euros. Belgium's individual plan is 11.99 euros. All plans, including Duo and student options, have seen price increases. These price hikes follow a global trend, with increases in North America, Europe, and Asia in 2023 and other regions in 2024. The price increases come as Spotify faces competition from other streaming services.
