Smokey Bones closes 15 US locations as parent company shifts business model

Smokey Bones is closing 15 locations across the US as part of a business model shift by its parent company, FAT Brands Inc. Ten locations have already shut down, with five more set to close by the end of the fiscal third quarter. Some former Smokey Bones sites will be converted into Twin Peaks sports bars.
