Smokey Bones closes 15 locations as part of restructuring

Smokey Bones is closing 15 locations as part of a restructuring by its parent company, Twin Hospitality Group. Ten restaurants have already shut down, with five more to follow. The closures are a result of operational reviews aimed at improving efficiency and focusing on profitability. Nineteen Smokey Bones locations will be converted to Twin Peaks, a higher-revenue concept. After these changes, 26 Smokey Bones restaurants will remain open, and the company plans to pursue franchising for future growth.
