Severe thunderstorms predicted for southern Lower Michigan
Severe thunderstorms are a possibility in part of Lower Michigan this weekend. According to NOAA, a significant storm is expected, primarily affecting the southern half. The forecast indicates a 15 percent chance of severe weather from Sunday morning to Monday morning. Areas such as Saginaw Bay, Mount Pleasant, and Grand Rapids are on the northern edge of the possibility. However, the I-94 corridor and southern Michigan might experience more severe conditions.
