Severe storm Bising exits the Philippines

Severe Tropical Storm Bising has weakened and exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) this Monday morning. The storm's departure brings relief after impacting the country. The Philippine weather bureau, PAGASA, reported Bising's exit at 5:00 a.m. after it weakened from a typhoon. The storm previously made landfall in Taiwan and is projected to hit eastern China. Bising, combined with the southwest monsoon, affected over 27,000 families in Luzon. The storm's international name is Danas.
