Seven restaurants retain Michelin stars in Vendée region

The Michelin Guide released its 2025 list of star-rated restaurants on March 31, 2025. In the Vendée region, there were no major changes, as all the restaurants retained their stars. Seven establishments in total kept their stars. Three of these are located in and around Les Sables-d’Olonne. They are l’Abissiou, Les Brisants in Brétignolles-sur-Mer, and Les Genêts in Brem-sur-Mer. Additionally, an eighth restaurant, La Marine in Noirmoutier-en-L’île, maintained its three-star rating. The continued recognition highlights the area's culinary excellence and commitment to quality dining experiences.
