Seneca Valley advances to WPIAL volleyball championship

Seneca Valley defeated Penn-Trafford in a five-set match, securing a spot in the WPIAL Class 3A boys volleyball championship game. This victory gives Seneca Valley another opportunity to win the title. The Raiders won with scores of 25-20, 22-25, 25-20, 20-25, and 15-3. Seneca Valley struggled with errors throughout the match but dominated the final set. Jordan Hoover led with 15 kills. This is Seneca Valley's fourth trip to the WPIAL title game in a decade, having lost previously in 2015, 2021, and 2022. Penn-Trafford will compete for a spot in the PIAA playoffs.
