The event, organized by "Epulae," included tastings and explored sparkling wines from around the world, with a special emphasis on Sardinian producers. The masterclass also featured pairings with Pecorino Romano DOP cheese, and showcased a unique sweet sparkling wine made from Moscato grapes.
