Sara Duterte returns to Manila this week after events

Vice President Sara Duterte is set to return to the Philippines this week after attending a thanksgiving event for overseas Filipino workers in Hong Kong. The Office of the Vice President confirmed her plans to participate in the Araw ng Dabaw festivities on March 16 and 17. Duterte's father, former President Rodrigo Duterte, mentioned he may have an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court but did not provide details. The ICC has not commented on the situation, and Malacañang stated it is prepared for any developments. Sara Duterte has previously stated her lawyers are ready for any involvement in the ICC investigation. She emphasized that she will only address accusations in a Philippine court.
