Rybinsk police register underage pit bike riders

Police in Rybinsk have begun registering underage pit bike riders with the juvenile affairs department following traffic violations. Road safety patrols are checking teenagers riding pit bikes and quad bikes for adherence to traffic regulations. Thirteen violations have been identified this week, leading to registration of the minors. Parents who purchased the vehicles for their children face fines of approximately 30,000 rubles. The police aim to reduce accidents involving underage riders through these measures.
