Rwanda and DR Congo leaders hold emergency summit as Goma faces crisis

Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) leaders are meeting at an emergency summit as the M23 armed group, backed by Rwanda, nears control of Goma. The group took Goma's airport amid intense fighting, resulting in over 100 deaths. More than 1,200 Congolese soldiers have surrendered, and M23 fighters dominate the streets.
