Russia labels Zelenskiy's Washington visit a political failure

The meeting on February 28 between Zelenskiy and U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly involved clashes over U.S. support for Ukraine. This has led to a significant decline in relations between Kyiv and Washington, which has been Ukraine's main military supporter. Russia expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the meeting, with former President Dmitry Medvedev stating that Zelenskiy received a "solid slap" from U.S. officials. Kyiv has previously rejected similar accusations from Russia.
