Russia and US still seek agreement on starting Ukraine peace talks

This follows a recent phone call between Putin and President Trump. Ushakov stated that the Russian delegation is prepared for discussions on restoring relations and potential negotiations on Ukraine. He noted that the lack of a U.S. negotiator is a key issue.
