RPCS3 Emulator Clears Its Last Loadable PS3 Game

The RPCS3 PlayStation 3 emulator has eliminated its Loadable compatibility category, which previously contained games that only displayed a black screen with a framerate counter. This milestone was achieved after Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2 was upgraded to Ingame status. The upgrade resulted from an SPU accuracy fix by contributor Yahfz, which recreates the SPU thread loader and LV2 kernel arguments to prevent corruption. Ingame status means the game runs but may still have glitches or poor performance, so H.A.W.X. 2 is not yet fully playable. The Loadable list was previously emptied around early 2023 but refilled since. As of July, 0.06% of the library was Loadable, while the Playable category has grown from 75% to 80%. The Intro category, holding about 22 titles mostly PS Move games, remains a challenge.
