Stephen Sauer from Cybertip.ca noted that users over 13 can still message others, which may expose younger players to potential dangers. Sauer recommends raising the messaging age limit to 16, similar to other platforms like TikTok. He highlighted that half of the exploitation cases reported to Cybertip.ca involve users over 13, indicating ongoing risks for children.
