Renault's Alpine reveals A390 electric SUV to rival Porsche

Alpine, Renault's performance brand, will unveil its all-electric A390 coupe-SUV tomorrow, aiming to compete with the Porsche Macan EV. The A390, based on a concept car, will launch in Europe and features a sporty design with a focus on both daily driving and track performance. It is expected to have a three-motor powertrain in its top-end model. The A390 is slightly smaller than the Macan EV and is planned to have a 625 km range. Alpine plans to release seven new models, with Renault aiming for 150,000 global sales by 2030.
