Reliance Industries appoints Ira Bindra as HR chief and youngest executive committee member

Reliance Industries has appointed Ira Bindra as the Group President for People, Leadership, and Talent Management. At 47, she is the youngest and first non-family woman to join the company's Executive Committee. Bindra will lead the transformation of HR policies across Reliance's various business sectors. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources, previously holding senior roles at Medtronic and General Electric. Her appointment aligns with Reliance's strategy to enhance HR practices amid its rapid expansion. Bindra holds a degree from Lady Shri Ram College and an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management.
