Redburn Atlantic reports that Netflix's advertising revenue could grow significantly, from 4% of total sales in 2024 to 20% by 2028. The firm believes the market is underestimating Netflix's ad potential due to its low inventory sales. The brokerage forecasts Netflix will generate $12 billion in ad revenue by 2028, driven by improved partnerships and technology. They noted that Netflix is currently selling less than half of its ad inventory. Redburn also pointed to strong international subscriber growth, with a record 19 million net additions in Q4. They maintained a "Buy" rating and set a price target of $1,145.
