Ram unveils updated heavy-duty trucks as former CEO Tim Kuniskis returns to lead brand
Ram has introduced its updated 2025 heavy-duty pickups, featuring more powerful Cummins turbo diesel engines, refreshed designs, and larger interior screens. This comes as former CEO Tim Kuniskis returns to lead the brand after a significant drop in sales last year. Kuniskis, who recently came out of retirement, aims to improve Ram's performance after a 19% sales decline in 2024. He attributed the struggles to delays in launching updated models and emphasized the importance of the new heavy-duty lineup in competing with Ford and General Motors. The new trucks include enhanced engine options and updated technology, with prices starting at $47,560. Kuniskis indicated that the brand will maintain similar pricing to 2024 while introducing more products under his leadership.
