Race for Achievement to host 10th Annual #Race4Wanza Doughnut Dash 5k in April

Race for Achievement Inc. will host its 10th Annual #Race4Wanza Doughnut Dash 5k on April 26. The event, inspired by TyWanza Sanders, a victim of the 2015 Charleston church shooting, will take place in person and virtually. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. at the South Windermere Center. Participants will run or walk a 5k route to Krispy Kreme and back. A celebration party will follow from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Proceeds will support the TyWanza Sanders Scholarship Fund, which offers six scholarships for minority seniors from local high schools.
