Qiddiya will build dream Formula 1 track

Qiddiya will build a Formula 1 race track designed to meet drivers' dreams and set a global standard. Prince Khalid bin Sultan Al-Faisal, head of the Saudi Motorsport Federation, stated the Qiddiya track, set to host the race in 2027, will be a model for future circuits. The design is being developed by former F1 driver Alex Wurz and track designer Hermann Tilke. The Prince also highlighted the positive impact of hosting the F1 race on Saudi Arabia's tourism and the importance of inspiring youth. He also mentioned the participation of Saudi women in motorsports.
