Protesters greet JD Vance during ski vacation

JD Vance and his family faced a large protest upon arriving in Warren, Vermont, for a ski trip. Protesters lined the streets, holding signs against Vance, following a heated exchange he had with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky earlier that day. The protest was organized after Vance's controversial comments during a meeting with Zelensky and former President Trump in the Oval Office. Vance criticized Zelensky for not showing gratitude towards Trump amid ongoing tensions with Russia. In response to the protests, Vance and his family changed their accommodation plans and skied in a less crowded area. Despite the protests, some supporters of Vance also appeared, displaying MAGA flags.
