Priyanka Gandhi visits Wayanad for development initiatives

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, a key member of the Congress Party and Member of Parliament for Wayanad, will visit her constituency in Kerala for three days, starting March 27, 2025. She has a busy schedule planned. On March 27, she will begin her day at the Sree Seetha Devi Lava Kusa temple in Pulpally. Shortly after, she will open a new grama panchayat office at 10:50 a.m. In the afternoon, she will inaugurate several projects at St. Sebastian’s church ground in Irulam, including a smart anganwadi and a lift irrigation project. Later, she will attend a women’s gathering called ‘Vanitha Sangamam’ at Meenangadi. She will also launch the ‘One School, One Game’ project at WMO College. The day will end with the foundation stone-laying for a new township for landslide survivors at Elstone Estate. On March 28, Ms. Vadra will continue her engagements by laying the foundation stone for various projects in Thavinjal Grama Panchayat. She will also inaugurate a new cultural center and a tourism convention in the region. On the final day, March 29, she will attend a meeting at the Wayanad Collectorate. Later, she will distribute scholarships for higher education to students affected by the landslides and hand over keys for newly built houses and scooters for differently-abled individuals.
