Portland sees top home sale of $1.2 million in recent week

A single-family home at 2522 S.E. 18th Ave. sold for $1.215 million, making it the most expensive residential sale in Portland last week. The property has 3,469 square feet and was built in 1905. The second highest sale was also $1.2 million for a home at 3422 N.E. Flanders Street. This house, built in 1921, has 2,717 square feet. In total, 77 residential sales were recorded, with an average price of $509,450. The average price per square foot was $343.
