Police seek man after cyclist pushed into car in south London assault

Police are looking for 21-year-old Davontay Higgings in connection with an incident where a cyclist was pushed into a car in south London on October 21. The assault was filmed by a motorcyclist. The video shows the cyclist, wearing bright gear, being struck and flipping over the car's windshield. The assailant, who was masked, fled the scene after filming the attack. Wandsworth Police have urged anyone who sees Higgings, who rides a black Honda motorcycle with the number plate EJ24 TXX, to contact them.
