Police investigate wedding videographer over fraud claims from couples in Kent
Police are investigating Sarah Stanton, owner of Wallflower Weddings, over multiple fraud claims from couples who say she failed to show up for their weddings or deliver promised video footage. Over 100 couples have reportedly been affected. Some couples, like Shania Stanton, experienced last-minute cancellations, leaving them without a videographer on their wedding day. Many have waited years for their videos, with some only receiving raw footage after sending external hard drives to Stanton. A Facebook group called "Victims of Wallflower Videography" has formed, with 285 members sharing their experiences. Kent Police confirmed they are looking into the allegations made on January 1.
