Pokemon GO event boosts shiny Vanillite appearance

Pokemon GO's April 2025 Community Day features Vanillite, significantly increasing the chance of encountering its shiny form and offering triple catch XP. Players can evolve Vanillite into shiny Vanillish and Vanilluxe. The event allows players to catch shiny Vanillite with boosted odds, approximately 1 in 25, and earn candy to evolve it. Shiny forms of Vanillite, Vanillish, and Vanilluxe have a cool blue hue. While Vanilluxe gains the move Avalanche, its battle performance remains weak. The event is best for shiny hunting and completing the Pokedex.
