Playboi Carti releases new album featuring multiple artists

Playboi Carti has released his new album, Music, marking his first studio album since 2020's Whole Lotta Red. The 30-track album features collaborations with artists like Kendrick Lamar, the Weeknd, and Young Thug. Carti has been teasing this album since March 2021, sharing various singles and collaborations. However, only a few previously previewed songs appear on the new album, including "K Pop," "Evil J0rdan," and "HBA." In February 2023, Carti faced legal issues after being arrested for alleged assault against his then-pregnant girlfriend. The case is still pending as of last autumn.
