Pickup truck strikes and kills mother in Guelph, Ontario

A woman died after being struck by a pickup truck with her family in Guelph, Ontario on Friday afternoon. The 38-year-old mother was walking with her husband and three-year-old daughter in a stroller when they were hit in a crosswalk. The husband sustained minor injuries, and the child was airlifted to a trauma center. The 19-year-old driver of the pickup truck remained at the scene. Police are investigating the incident.
