Owner Jay Parker cited the impact of increased import costs and the cost-of-living crisis as key factors. The business had previously shifted from a physical store to online sales just six months ago. Parker noted that the popularity of Temu and Shein has made it difficult for smaller businesses to compete. Parker expressed gratitude to customers and announced a final sale of remaining stock. He emphasized the emotional toll of closing the business, which he and his partner started in 2021.
