Patna will gain Bihar's tallest building by 2030

Bihar will soon have its tallest building, "Venus Capital Heights," a 120-meter-tall, 34-floor structure in Patna. This will surpass the current tallest building, Biscomaun Bhawan. The new building, located in the Sandalpur area of Khagaul, will feature approximately 1100 flats across ten towers. The project, designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, will also include extensive green spaces and modern amenities. Construction is planned to be completed by January 2030, with the project spanning approximately 14 acres. The developers have a history of delivering projects ahead of schedule.
